The Road to Island Bend is a tar road, winding in parts but a good road nonetheless. The camp ground is circuited by a number of tracks. Camp areas appear to be on both sides of the road and spread deep into bushland towards Snowy River. Toilet block is situated on SE high side of road and there is only one (1)toilet block. The area is capable of camping 1000's of campers but only 1 toilet - go figure - National parks - phooee
