Hume Crossing Campsite is signposted 'Humes Crossing' on the side of Snowy Mountains Hwy, 25km south of Tumut. The campsite sits on a small hill between the highway and Blowering Dam, just opposite Cliffords Creek fire trail.
General Information
You can park a caravan, trailer, or a tent in this campground The campsite is just next to the highway and is accessed via a short dirt driveway. There is plenty of room for a caravan or motor home. The facilities include two toilets, fire pits, picnic tables and garbage bins. The campsites are not marked out, but there is choice and even a few spots where you can't see the road. There is a road leading down the hill to the dam.
