Great campsite, with an awesome view of the sunrise each morning. Don't know why Mr Ben Darcy bothers going outdoors. There was plenty to do and the facilities were good, afterall it is camping. 8)

I have a 4-4.5 meter fibreglass boat (pongrass surfmaster). Is the river accessable to smallish boats? Are there boat ramps etc?

There is a boat ramp. Access is by dirt road, then the boat ramp leads across a sandy beach. The ramp is just inside the mouth of the river, so watch the tide.

Hi Nicolas. You will need to phone and check, but many parks have a rule that children need to have an adult with them.
Happy camping

Sorry Brendan, pets are not allowed in National Parks. The smell of dogs is enough to disrupt native wildlife habits. Most state forests, and some commercial campsites welcome dogs. Happy camping

Hi
Can you get a 20ft van into the camp grounds, and can you run a generator in daylight hours?
Thanks
Terry

Hi Terry
I imagine you can squeeze you van in fine. As for generators
NPWS wrote:

Maybe give NPWS a call if you have more questions about this one.
