The information on this site is not quite accurate. Acces to site is relatively easy and I dont feel a 4WD is needed to get to the camping area. THere is a gravel creek crossing to get to camping ground but I have seen 2WD cross it when water is low enough. There are also some beautiful swimming holes especially upstream of picnic area.

A concrete causeway has been constructed across the creek providing easy 2WD access to the camp ground.
Motorbikes will find it hazardous due to the moss etc growing on the concrete making it very slippery.
