This short walk explores a set of cascades, finishing at the top of a small waterfall. From the road, the walk follows the creek to a bridge just near the waterfall. You will often see rosellas feeding in the clearing near the first bridge. (open in app)

From Troon Place (before road bridge), this walk follows the 'Sheldon Forest Track' sign down the track. The walk crosses the wooden bridge into the small clearing. The track then follows behind some houses and the river bed until it arrives at another bridge near a waterfall.

Troon Creek Troon Creek is a natural bushland reserve owned and managed by Ku-ring-gai Council. The reserve is south of Sheldon Forest.
Region:
I am not aware of any closures in this park at the moment.

Have been down here many times as a child and later to lay and maintain a geocache. there is also a track that comes down from the top of Morna Pl in Turramurra. Starting from under the power lines. though it is Very steep track and a real scrabble in places.

Beautiful little part of the world. Just came back from it today with my daughter.

Unfortunately the bridge has been removed and the cascade wasn't cascading.;)

We ventured much further along the lower left trail. Lovely and leafy with another creek crossing.

Next time we're going to cut back up along thecreek bed and see if we can't get to the bottom of the falls. Looks like a nice big overhang to explore and the pool would be great after a lot of rain.
